FOUNDER + DIRECTOR
INFJ, Generator, and the purpose-driven powerhouse behind Flowstate. Kaye's wellness journey began mid-pandemic, when she was hired to open a remote-island luxury wellness retreat in New Zealand. After overseeing 50+ retreats and earning recognition from National Geographic and CondeNast, she realized her calling was supporting the women of this industry. Flowstate was born from this purpose, and has become a dedicated space for women in wellness to find aligned support, and create abundant, impactful businesses without compromise.
